Anybody Gnome?

I was walking around Lake Harriet yesterday and was introduced to an Twin Cities Icon, Mr. Little Guy. Some say he is an elf, others a gnome. I'm gonna vote gnome, seeing as how he is mentioned on this website. Either way, he is available to answer notes from Minneapolis residents. When I knocked on his door yesterday, someone had made him a little stone-lined path and there were several notes waiting for replies!
